How to Reset Your Zipline Password

Forgot your Zipline password? Here’s how to get back in.

Written by David So

How do you usually log in?

First, confirm how you typically log in to Zipline, your steps depend on your company’s setup.

A. I log in using my company’s single sign-on (SSO)

  • You likely use SSO if:

    • You see your company’s logo and brand colors on the login screen.

    • The page mentions your company’s identity provider (e.g., Okta, Microsoft, Google).

    • You log in here the same way you log in to other company systems.

  • Example: The Zipline login page redirects me to a separate company login screen, or I use the same username/password for Zipline as I do for other platforms my company uses.

What to do

Your company manages these credentials. Please contact your internal IT team or Help Desk for password assistance. Zipline Support cannot reset SSO passwords.

B. I log in with a unique Zipline username and password.

  • Example: My Zipline login page has fields for a username and password directly on it, similar to the screenshots below.

What to do

Continue below for steps to reset your Zipline-specific password.

Resetting your Zipline password (Option B)

If you log in with Option B above, follow these steps:

  1. On the Zipline login screen, click “Forgot your password?”

  2. Enter your Zipline Username

    • This might be:

      • Your work email (e.g., you@yourcompany.com)

      • Your employee ID (e.g., a number like 12345)

      • A custom username (e.g., john.doe or store123john)

Not sure what you use to log in?
Ask your manager what username format your company uses for Zipline.

  1. Choose your reset method:

    • If you have a work email linked to your account

      • You’ll receive an email with a password reset link at your work email address

    • Check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t see it

    • Make sure you’re checking the correct email account

  2. If you don’t use a work email for Zipline or didn’t receive the email

    • Click “I don't use my email address to sign in to Zipline.”

  3. Verify your identity (no-email option)

    • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and correctly answer your Security Question, then click Reset my password

    • Can’t remember your security question answer?

      • You won’t be able to reset your password through this method.
        Please:

        • Ask your Store Manager (or direct leader) to reset it for you, or

        • Contact Zipline Support via chat or email (see Still need help? below)

  4. Set your new password

    • Enter a new password and click Update

      • Important: You cannot reuse your current password
If you try, you’ll see an error and need to choose a different one

Make sure to remember your new password for future logins.

For managers: Resetting a team member’s password

As a manager, you can reset a team member’s password directly from Zipline (for non-SSO users):

  1. Log in to Zipline

  2. In the top right-hand corner, click your initials/profile picture to open the menu

  3. Select Team

  4. Find the team member’s name and click the three dots next to it

  5. Choose Change Password and follow the prompts to reset their password

If your company uses SSO, some or all of your team’s credentials may be managed by your IT team or Help Desk, and you may not see the option to change passwords in Zipline.

Still Need Help?

If you’re still having trouble after following the steps above:

  • Ask your Store Manager (or ASM/Supervisor, if your company permits) to help you with your username or to reset your password (for non-SSO users)

  • Contact your Help Desk or IT Support if your company manages logins via SSO or if you’re unsure how your login is set up
