Find out how your company logs in

Different companies use Zipline in different ways:

  • Some use Single Sign-On (SSO) – you sign in with the same username/password you use for other company tools.

  • Others use a Zipline-specific username and password – this login is only for Zipline.

In the below image, it shows an example of what an SSO vs. a Zipline Username/Password login screen might look like. Each SSO provider has a different look to their login page.

A. Signs you use Single Sign-On (SSO)

You likely use SSO if:

  • You see your company’s logo and branding on the login screen, and/or

  • The page mentions a provider like Okta, Microsoft, Google, etc., and/or

  • You sign in to Zipline with the same username and password you use for other company systems (email, intranet, etc.)

If this sounds like you, follow the SSO steps below.

B. Signs you use a Zipline-specific username and password

You likely use a Zipline-specific login if:

  • You see a simple login page with Username and Password fields that look the same as other Zipline screenshots you’ve seen, and

  • You only use this username/password for Zipline, not for other company tools.

If this sounds like you, follow the Zipline username & password steps below.

Not sure which one you use?

Ask your Store Manager (or direct leader) or your Help Desk/IT which login method your location uses.

Log in on a computer (web browser)

If your company uses SSO

  1. Open the Zipline login link your company provided.

    • This might be a bookmarked URL, an intranet link, or a tile in your company app launcher.

  2. Select your company’s login option, if prompted (for example, “Log in with Company SSO”).

  3. Enter the same username and password you use for other company systems.

  4. Complete any extra security steps (such as multi-factor authentication) if required by your company.

  5. After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected into Zipline.

If you can’t remember your SSO password or your SSO login fails, contact your IT team or Help Desk.

⚠️ Zipline Support cannot reset SSO passwords.

If you use a Zipline username and password

  1. Open the Zipline login page your company shared (for example, via email or internal site)

  2. Enter your Zipline Username

    • This might be:

      • Your work email (e.g., you@yourcompany.com)

      • Your employee ID (e.g., 12345)

      • A custom username (e.g., john.doe or store123john)

  3. Enter your Zipline password

  4. Click Log in

If you don’t know your password or your login fails:

  • Use the “Forgot your password?” link
    or

  • Ask your Store Manager/ASM/Supervisor to help, if your company allows them to reset passwords

Log in on the Zipline mobile app

Your company may support using Zipline on iOS and/or Android devices.

If you don’t have the app yet, follow your company’s instructions or check your app store for the Zipline app your company uses.

On iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open the Zipline mobile app

  2. If prompted, enter your Team Domain or company-specific address (if your company uses one)

  3. Log in:

    • If your company uses SSO:

      • Tap the SSO / company login option (if shown)

      • Enter the same username/password you use for other company systems and complete any security prompts

    • If you use a Zipline username and password:

      • Enter your Username and Password and tap Log in

You may be asked to choose whether the device is Personal or Shared.
For more details, see: 📚How to Select Your Device Type

On Android

  1. Open the Zipline mobile app.

  2. If prompted, enter your Team Domain or company-specific address

  3. Log in:

    • If your company uses SSO:

      • Sign in with your usual company credentials

    • If you use a Zipline username and password:

      • Enter your Username and Password and tap Log in

You may see a Shared device checkbox when entering your Team Domain.

If you can’t log in

Use this quick checklist:

  • New hire and don’t see your account?
Your account might not be created yet. Ask your Store Manager to confirm, or contact your Help Desk/IT.

  • Account inactive from not logging in?
Accounts can become disabled after a period of inactivity.

    • For non-SSO users, Store Managers may be able to reactivate and reset your password in Zipline.

    • For SSO users, logging in successfully through your company login may automatically reactivate your access.

Still need help?

If you’re still unable to log in after trying the steps above:

  • Contact your Store Manager or Help Desk/IT to confirm:

    • Whether you should be in Zipline,

    • Which login method you use (SSO vs Zipline username/password), and

    • Whether your account is active.

  • Reach out to Zipline Support:

    • From Zipline (Pink Bubble):

      • On web: Click the Pink Bubble in the bottom-right corner to chat with Zipline Support.

      • On mobile: Tap your initials or profile picture in the top-right to open the User menu, then select Get Help to access support.

Include your name, email address, and/or employee number, plus what you see when you try to log in (screenshots help if your IT allows them).
